Competition rules

If you want to enter the competition and have a chance of winning one of the prizes on offer, then here are the terms that set out what you need to agree to (the “Rules”).


The Rules apply to the CMA Insights Survey spin to win competition (the “Competition”).


The Competition is organized and sponsored by Channel Marketing Association, LLC and Demand Factor (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Sponsor”).


To enter the Competition, you must first fill out the
Channel Marketing Insights Survey , once the survey is completed you will be redirected to a page on our website where you can spin the wheel, once you get your prize notification, filling out your claim form and submitting it is an indication that you agree to communications with us. 


You are only allowed ONE spin and ONE prize. Prizes are transferable, however, free memberships and membership discounts
apply to new members only


Contest period runs from August 15, 2024 - September 20, 2024.  Prizes must be claimed within 15 days or are void. 


The winner of each prize shall be determined by a random algorithm. The prize allocation for a winning spin is also determined by a random algorithm.


The prizes are randomly selected from the following list.

Entrants may only enter the Competition once. The Competition is void in all places where prohibited or restricted by law.


By entering the Competition (and you warrant that), you are aged 18 or over and that you are not an employee (or a family member of an employee) of Sponsors. 


Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.


In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Sponsors shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.


The Competition may be canceled, modified, terminated or suspended in the event of any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside control of Spitfire which impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with any entry process or harasses any Sponsors representative or any entrant and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Competition. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted on www.channelmarketingassociation.com and winners will be determined from entries received prior to cancellation based on the same judging criteria listed above.


There is no charge to enter the Competition, but you are
required to fill out the survey.


Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes for prizes of equal or greater value at any time. No prizes can be redeemed for cash. No more than the number of prizes stated in these Rules shall be awarded.


Sponsors cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, online computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition. Nothing shall exclude Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.


Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and subject to these Rules will only be disclosed to Sponsors and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. Please see Sponsors privacy policy for further details. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Sponsors for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist Sponsors to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition as well as sending information about Sponsors and its products to entrants.


In the event of a conflict between these Rules and any promotional materials or other communications related to the Competition, these Rules shall govern and control.


By participating in the Competition and/or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees to hold the Sponsors/Competition Entities and their respective current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, licensees, successors and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in this Competition or use/misuse of prize, including without limitation any claims for personal injury (including death) or property damage and any claims for infringement of any third-party rights (including any intellectual property, privacy and/or publicity rights). Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Competition or use or redemption of any prize. CLAIMS MAY NOT BE RESOLVED THROUGH ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.


The Competition and Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delaware. The parties agree that in the event that any suit or proceeding is brought in connection with this Competition, such suit or proceeding shall be brought in the courts of Delaware, and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any and all jurisdictional, venue and inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Sponsors make no representation that materials on its Website relating to this Competition are appropriate or available for use at all locations and it is your responsibility to ensure that by accessing the Website and entering the Competition it is not illegal or strictly prohibited by the laws of the country you are in.
