Maisa also leads efforts to enhance partner lead-to-NNACV processes, improving visibility into partner-led sales activity and strengthening collaboration between ServiceNow and its partners. With deep expertise in partner marketing, demand generation, and ecosystem management, she focuses on driving impactful joint sales efforts and increasing partner-generated revenue.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management, she is also an Advisory Board Centre Certified ChairTM and a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).
