Why is this different from other partnership communities? In other forms of partnership, affiliate or referral types of partnerships, the organization does not rely solely on that revenue to be successful. Most companies that use affiliate marketing sell direct and their partnerships are a nice to have not a need to have. In the IT channel, a significant portion or all of the revenue of the vendor/supplier/distributor is derived from selling through others.
